The story about our interesting guests in Moscow

That morning began with personal greeting of our regular supplier’s representitive from FRIGORIFICO GENERAL PICO S.A. Alan told about company capacities. Pico owns the territory of 20 hectares that slaughters 350 heads of cattle daily. The company is situated in regeon Pampa which is known for the best quality meat in Argentina. The main breeds of beef are Aberdeen-Angus, Red Angus and Hereford. Alan also told that company provides selections on removal of new breeds.  The most part of the cattle is grown up on natural pastures sterns with use of grain additives at a final stage of growth.

Of cause, we didn’t leave guests without impressions too.

The first place of visit was restaursnt “Torro Grill”. Alan held the presentation of all junctures and also told more details about a product and stages of its producing. The owner of the restaurant Kirill Martinenko made a little excursion to the kitchen for Alan and Fernando where they exchanged their cooking secrets.

The next station was high level restaurant “Butcher” under control of Frank Sarria. He demostrated different types of meat, equipment and the processs of cooking. Tasting was held on a high-level, all participants were very pleased with quality of meat and meeting in general.

Our company showed restaurants of different levels and quality. This helped our guests from Argentina to feel tha capital and to create a full-fledged image of the sphere of HoReCa. We hope that such meetings will become a good tradition!
